Shipping policy

5ENSES ships domestic and International orders via DHL and Royal Mail.

All new orders are processed between 1-2 working days and shipped next working day.

 UK DELIVERY usually takes 1-2 business days from the date of the purchase, unless there has been a valid reason for the delay.

Next day UK delivery  is available. If the item is purchased before 12pm, it will be delivered within the following day.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

USA orders will arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch.

EUROPE orders will arrive within 1-3  working days from dispatch.

THE REST OF THE WORLD orders will arrive within 3-7 working days from dispatch.

Please note during sale periods orders can take up to 5 days to be processed.

If you wish to change or amend your delivery address and size once your order has been made, please email us at info@5enses.store.

Should you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email us immediately, as this will not be possible once the item has been shipped.

Due to custom fees being out of our control we are not liable for any custom clearance fees.
